For Rabobank in Utrecht we are looking for a a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to join team IDP OnPrem.

Details:

This is a pivotal role in an evolving IT Eco system looking after our on-premise identity infrastructure, which forms the backbone of secure authentication and authorization across the bank. You will collaborate with an Architect and Product Owner to act as a bridge between the team and organisation.

Our ambition is to provide secure, compliant, and highly automated identity services, aligned with Rabobank’s “In Control” principles and regulatory requirements. The team consists of around 6 DevOps engineers, a product owner, solution architect and scrum master. Together we take responsibility for the full lifecycle of the on-prem IDP platform, from design and implementation to operational management and continuous improvement.

You are a Business Analyst with a strong technical background in Active Directory and related services, with a proactive attitude towards automation and compliance. You take ownership, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve processes and tooling.

You will be responsible for:

• Analysing the business impact of IT changes, create an adoption plan and implement;

• Translate technical information into communications suitable for various levels within the organisation;

• Plan and manage said communications;

• Drive automation and standardization;

• Ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solution;

• Support the Product Owner and squad with backlog management and refinement;

• Assist the team with incontrol items translating business and regulatory requirements.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, within IAM;

• Strong background in stakeholder management and requirements gathering;
